Front camera distortion was very real

I look asymmetrical in back camera but fuck it idc my nose and paranasal area are actually forward not just completely flat next to my eyes

Dont NEED lefort, paranasal implants could be nice but rhino, supras/browridge implants would be better value

need to lean and debloat
