I do Upper Lower rn, might just do SSS, I only care about frame.

Yeah I wouldn't miss out on doing back and lats aswell for frame. A good back acts as a strong foundation for the rest of your physique

I trained neck for 6 months the ratio is 1:1, lats and forearms are important, I will have to incorporate them.

Have you tried the reeves deadlift?

I’ve been incorporating a few sets in the beginning, mainly to stretch out the shoulder joint, use it more as a stretch.

Two month difference saw a .5 inch increase.

My growth plates are still open which impacted this.
