Hell if I know. I don't think you can. And I would never dream about touching the stuff these days in North America. Too many deaths from fentanyl tainted meth here.

Shit there was an addict on this forum talking to me in pms, asking about how to quit, that was found dead shortly after in a Michigan hotel room last year. Both him and a Taiwanese chick, girl had a full ride scholarship at U of M or something, were trying to have marathon sex on it but wound up dead instead.
