Why did me as a retarded little fucker have to mouthbreathe my skull is downgrown my jaw is shitty narrow somehow im not a complete mouthbreather but im still fucked since I struggle to breathe through my nose ive got a deviated septum and bad sinuses which im going to need surgery for in adulthood.
