Well than aside from hgh, all u can do is sleep long, low stress, low estrogen (so take an AI) but not too much just try and stay under 20ng/dl estrodial (do a blood test) eat high protein and high sugar diet, don’t get diabetes and lower ur insulin resistance as much as u can, don’t take berberine however as that lowers ur igf 1 thus making u grow less

Supplement these things:
vit d3 (high dose like 20kiu per day)
Vit k2 mk7 (mk 7 is better than mk 4, as for dosage take like 500mg or so because k2 is needed for d3 absorption otherwise it will calcify in areas u don’t want it to)
Omega 3 (in general good to take, u want either a 1:1 or 2:1 omega 3 to omega 6 ratio)

U can take extra shit like a good multivitamin (I recommend Thorne as their stuff is properly dosed, doesn’t have heavy metals in it, and gets tested frequently, u can easily find a dicsount code for it on Reddit)
Ashwagamdha: good for lowering cortisol (it’s hepatoxic so avoid taking too much too often)
Magnesium citrate
Zinc


Aside from all of that just maintain a good posture
Hang from a bar
Do a sport that involves running and jumping
So something like basketball would be perfect (wish I did it)
Jump rope is also good

Then also sleep on a harder surface, preferably on the floor like a gigachad (me)
Wear flat heeled shoes as this is better for posture
