Part of it too is my autism (rendering me unable to read a foid's clues)

In some cases, it could be seeing what I want to see.

Sometimes, however, I'm not even super into the foid (Yet my attitude is "OK, since she's showing IOIs, I guess I can give her a chance"...then it turns out I was wrong about the IOIs anyway)
