Im still softmaxxing but ive started to really see where my maximum potential without surgery is, and i want more tbh. I was thinking fat grafting orbitals and overfill unders, nothing super invasive with my tilt, i think with better support ill be fine. I was thinking buccal fat removal for my cheeks, as those are unfortunately struggling to hollow out. lastly rhino is on my list, but not super needed as the size of my nose fits my face nicely (apparently). Thanks for any advice guys.
