Man 1 year ago ı was 66 kg and 1.88 now ım 1.91 and 115 kg how can ı give weight do you guys have any advice or diet advice ım just thinking that ı should do cardio and down to %8 or %9 body percantage after than ım gonna look for my surgery advices
 
I'm testing carnivore starting today and from what I saw it seems legit to have a 1 BF digit, but basically eat real food in the quantities you want,cardio not is cope but not necessary
 
I mean clearly you don't know what you're talking about if you think you can just casually get to 9-8% bodyfat. Trust me i've been in your situation, you think "oh i'm pretty tall i can probably be like 90kg and pretty shredded" but trust me you would need to drop to like 65kg to be at your desired 8% bodyfat. Thats if you have the mental strength to keep pushing, sleeping on an empty growling stomach. I'll give you some tips good cardio for a big guy like yourself is just walking when you weigh that much walking burns alot of calories just walk like 40-60 minutes a day its very therapeutic aswell you can listen to books, music, podcast whatever you want. Secondly for you i guess your maintenance calories is around 3.2k calories so you can start to track calories and try and eat under that, or you could just start eating very clean like chicken, meat, fruits, vegetables rice, no sugary snacks! that way you dont have to track calories. This will be a long journey i don't know how you doubled your weight in a year but it will take a year to get it off aswell. if you got any questions im here for you. Stay strong! And keep rocking!
 
The best way is to get a high protein diet, aim to eat 1kg of meat/fish/eggs and dairy a day and you don't really have much room in your stomach for anything else, protein is more saciating and needs more calories to be utilized. Take minimal carbs and take them before/during/after workouts. You may get into ketosis territory if lucky.

Best way to lose fat is with gym, you can do cardio on the side. Besides, you need strong leg muscles to do proper cardio.
You can add stuff like HGH, caffeine+salbutamol, etc. Which are extremely mild but will speed everything greatly.
