I'm damn skinny, I eat over 3,000 calories a day, I eat healthily, I follow a diet, I go to the gym, and I can't gain weight. What the hell is going on? I have the potential to build muscle mass because I have low body fat and water retention. Does anyone have any advice on how to gain weight effectively because my weight either stays the same or goes down. I've lost 5 kg in a year

this just sounds stupid, if your not GAINING weight ur NOT eating enough.
Track ur calories not with some stupid AI weight ur food track the macros and eat in a surplus,
now some tips, try milk u can chug it easily and per liter i think it was like 500 calories, for ur diet just implement more drinks if you cant eat that much, make some high calories protein shakes. its really not that hard

I was just thinking about sheikhs with a gainer

the cognitive dissonance in these org users man.

If you were really eating 3000/3500 calories you would be gaining weight easy, but you are not.

the only way you have lost weight is because you are lying about your calorie intake.

is it that hard to accept?

Bro I know how much I eat, since I started consuming more potassium, I've lost 5 kg of water weight.

I don't know, a year ago I still had a round face, and now I have a sharply defined jawline and cheekbones, and I can see veins on my arms, stomach, and chest. I lost fat and water, apparently from my body

Nigga you ain't eating 3000 calories then, I'm 180cm 76 kg and leanbulk on 2600 kcal. But I would recommend you to use Mk677 as an appetite amplifer or to try out small amounts of black cumin oil in every meal to gain apetite (personally helped me)

just keep adding more food until your weight goes up, weigh yourself every morning and keep a log.
