I’ve been working at this place now for 5 months as an apprentice. 2 week ago I got a letter through saying someone has put a complaint in about me. I went to the meeting about it and it was apparently two separate complaint: one because I called someone a retard as a joke who often calls me shit and the other because I swore at some foid (which I didn’t do) after she tried embarrassing me. I was fucking pissed because the people who they said made the complaints I was close to (turns out they didn’t even make the complaints) I then got another letter through saying someone else had made a complaint about racist comments. Again it wasn’t someone complaining about what I said to them, it was someone else who overheard it reporting it. What I said wasn’t even fucking racist to, I referred to the only brown guy that works at are company as “the new brown lad” apparently that is racist even though I didn’t even say it to his face. In there fucking policy aswell they say that are discrimination is treated equally, does that mean I can get in the same shit for referring to someone as a women, fucking retards
It’s obvious some manlet is trying to get me in the shit but they won’t even tell me who made the complaints because of “revenge protection” like Nga are you fucking stupid, someone is clearly trying to get me and your not even telling me who it is.
My question to you is should I just leave. If the company will sack me, ruin my record permanently and not have the self respect to say “people say this shit all the time this is ridiculous” should I just jump the gun and leave before it goes to dismissal. Keep in mind my company don’t want me gone there just to stupid to realise that no one would win in court for that as “racsim” they could just give me a final warning and go on with it.
