You guys can bully me and call me a sub5, but im purposefully giving you me on a bad day to help.

Im not sure where to start, is my face bloated? What do I do with the dark areas under my eyes, yk the lines? Do I do HIIT cardio and just burn a bunch of fat? Im pretty skinny so i guess that's makes it easier to reduce face fat. Hairs shite today because i had a long day so ignore that.

Side profile is also probably shit, how do i improve that then? Just be brutally honest.

NO SURGERY OR COPEUFINE BTW

Thanks man, and i know. Least i can do is focus on my other imperfections. You think debloating and a calorie deficit would help?

start eating a mainly meat/seafood based diet preferrably raw but ik most people dont want to do that
sleep 8-10 hours per day
get 2 hours of sunlight per day
stop stressing and realize that school and work has absolutely no meaning
yea thats really it lmk if u have any questyions

Thanks for the honest answer, could you explain the uhh sunlight part since ive never understood that and also the meat based diet? I don't mind raw, ive done it before. What's it do?

for the sun part just try to get bare minimum 1 hour of sun near midday preferrably 2 depending on how sensitivte your skin is, obviosuly without sunscreen
and for the meat part its because chewy meat will increase the size of your massater muscles for your jaw and meat has way more nutrients that will all help develop your face
basically just live as close to nature as possible

no dont do exercise and im not joking its a huge looksmin, it stresses you out giving you dark eye bags, lower testosterone, wrinkles etc just relax and dont stress
but idk if I really believe in that pottasium to sodium ratio but if you start eating more meat you will naturally lose weight and your face will likely be less bloated because you dont have as much carbs

Okay thanks, i do agree being as close to nature as possible is good. Livers, bone marrows etc.
