Jesus man. Ok, you def need a lip lift to reduce philtrum and fix unexistant upper lip vermillion. You prob should have bimax too and would be interesting to have them at the same time for better planning of incisor teeth show at rest (i know that Pary associates them, don't know if he's good with lip lift though)

Now, your biggest failo are your eyes and i have no clue what surgery you should get. Just make sure you choose a good oculoplastic surgeon because eye surgery can easily uncannymaxx.

Do you think facial lipo would be neccesaray? I'm thinking my shitty underjaw development makes my lower third look soft.

Your jaw and eyes are your biggest weak sides... But youre also over 40 so it makes sense you have beginning jowls and your jawline is extra bad due to fat.. it all depends how all in u wanna go, but a combination of bimax, facelift, lipo, medial canthoplasty and fillers might help a lot.. What compels someone at your age to seek out advice from autistic spergs on a blackpilled forum though

Thanks for the feedback. I knew I would need some thick skin to post here but everyones advice has been very helpful. I'm sick of being single and due for a total makeover. It sucks when you get older. lol

First, ok boomer. Second, This isn't particularly useful right now, but take care of your skin. Moisturize, sunscreen, etc. I would fix the hairline eyebrows, and probably the Chinese mustache (or whatever its called).
