I'd ask her if she wants to do something as friends. It doesn't matter how you get her to meet up all that matters is that she comes out and sees you. Once she meets up with you that will give you an opportunity to make her like you again and want to fuck.

Don't be upfront and say you want to fuck obviously because she will reject it to be morally correct (because she has a boyfriend)
