are there genuinely any realistic (natural) methods to increase bone mass at the age of 15? all of this bone smashing shit seems to just be bs and i would like some real info. Somebody please enlighten me.

Just keep going through puberty. Maybe you can take test if you lack dimorphism. And maybe HGH for bone growth. Although shits unlikely.

its all genetics and hormones, nothing else besides surgery can alter your biology.

i was 14 when i first started and i just decided to stop when i first turned 16, and between that time my bones barely grew probably because i was causing bone reabsorption
