I need crazy help and advice for my face and eyes

So i got crazy purpleish eyes around my eye lids, and under my eyes. I dont know what to do or whats causing Them. I also got some pretty bad eyebrows, face symmetry and everything tbh. Please help me

dawg it's just genetics if you're pale and have thin skin in that area, anyway you don't gotta worry about it cuz you've a got a good eye area, you'd only benefit from thicker eyebrows. Unrelated but you gotta fix the acne too.
