From years of being skinny fat most of my fat is viseral even with Reta it’s not enough

Either I increase the Reta which I’m not a fan of coz I don’t want the sides or I get some dnp which is nuclear option

Do dnp 200mg and roid after if your not alr on. And its optimal to be in thyroid hormones year round.
