if you're curry or asian you could try glutathione IV or vitamin c + gly/nac oral supplements but idk how effective that is

Those creams and lotions i.e. mequinol hydroquinone and worst of all monobenzone that you apply topically can literally give you vitiligo and you'll look like a cow so please don't do that weird shit
