I HAVE tried to do almost all softmaxx but I still don't look good I want some hardmaxx/surgerymaxx advice for future

Surgeries that I should do that will help me ascend

Also if anyone can tell me which areas should I bonesmash to ascend I think brow ridge and chin should give me optimal results

if you tried all the softmaxx obv you know abt mewing your neck posture looks like shit have a good posture fix your receding chin
