I need help and motivation geniuenly bad

I wanna be consistenly be in a good mood in my life but i have bad days too that i geniunely feel really bad/ugly/sub5 some days like when i open the phone camera and look at myself i look like a subhuman and my whole day is ruined.


Today was an example. Yesterday me and my friend played video games/watched movies till 3 am and then i woke up around 10 am feeling average i cleaned the room had breakfast then i suddenly started to have an headache and then whole day i didnt do any looksmaxxes just rotting in the couch watching movies. I ate like shit too basically just ate a cheese 2 little bread slices. And my excuse is that i feel sick and when i feel like sick/shit i dont wanna do anything and genuinely feel like shit

Now what im gnna do is rot more in the couch watching stuff/looking at phone and tomorrow im gonna go for a job tryout in the morning at 12 o clock.

What would you guys do in my situation? Or what do you guys do when you are having a really bad day and not wanting to do anything/or feeling sick please give me advice.

Do you guys be a man and continue the grind or you rest in that day if your sick

stop going to bed so late and have a consistent routine, i used to be depressed and hated my life and one thing that changed was having a schedule, even on the weekends i keep it up because it gives me purpose

lwkey when i was hitting the gym its been weeks now since i havent went tot he gym cause i really need money so i can afford the things i wanna get like

Peptides and a surgery

so Im going out in the morning to look for jobs everyday all day

But when i was going to the gym it was my best era lwokey i looked good,healthy,felt good about myself, Overall feeling good.

I dont get the goatis fans saying gym is bad its the best thing in my life for me that makes me feel good about myself

Gym 5x a week to build discipline and routine

Yeah right consistent is the key but right now i feel like im really at my worst im so tired from looking jobs. Going everywhere to find one but i cant rlly find a job right now so mentally im tired as fuck

yeah true tomorrow i will start again fuckk why am i being a bitchh actually feel like a loser now for ducking gym this is all excuses but i really was dealing with lots of things that i couldnt even have energy to go to the gym. I changed places,And been dealing with family problem a lot it really was a stressing month for me

if its really as difficult as you say try focus on the things you can control like maintaining a healthy lifestyle while also trying to find a job, dont neglect stuff, such as the gym and staying up late, try dial in with factors you can control

400g is too much in one go tbh, but if you divide it into 2 with a difference of 4-6 hours, you can take that much

Not wanting to do something may indicate thin blood, from a calorie deficit, as you wrote that you ate little
