back in 2021 i was bluepilled into thinking that I was awkward and had social anxiety all that bullshit blah blah blah. I tried exposure therapy to see if it would help, mostly to cringey situations/content so then I could be immune to them. however this just made me extremely cringe and autistic. my personality now consists of me jestermaxxing and being a cringe faggot who fake laughs at everything just so then I can fit in and receive validation. how do I go back in time to when I was normal ?
