5'8 at 16 years old, i weigh 64kgs right now focusing on getting to 10-12% body fat right now. i need help on reaching my max potential. thinking of hopping on HGH soon. im working on fixing my sleep schedule as of right now. i also have a deviated septum which im going to get rhino for at 18. i go to the gym 7 times a week and during rest days just do cardio, i make sure to hit 130g protein everyday. any help will be great please and thankyou.
