I need help talking to people

Hey I’m back after a short while
So I’ve been trying to like stop thinking that looks are everything I would say I’ve had a glow up after 1-2 years I’ve had other org account before this
But in that period of time i thought looks are everything and ive lost all my confidence not even talking to the opposite sex im scared to talk to like guys in my class or even teachers. And im even scared to talk to girls aswell in person I can talk online but I can’t create a convo irl idk how to any suggestion how to get better at talking to people especially girls ? And get a better reputation in school ?

That's not really a trainable skill, there is no way you can "learn" how to talk to people, it should come naturally.

I would suggest trying to talk to yourself, as corny as it sounds. Once you have a rough idea of how to carry on a conversation, talk to actual people.
