I need help using the derminator 2 on acne scars.

This helped me a lot, told me what length to use on which part of the face.

The faster the speed the less pain, but the more careful you have to be

Make sure you get the suction cup thing from them too..

BTW it can look like you actually made scarring worse. Takes a week or two for it to clear up when used on deep scars.

Don't panic for at least 2 weeks.

It pulls apart scar tissue after you've weakened its structure with needling as well as brings tons of blood flow into the wound which helps healing.
Basically if your scar is indented then it pulls it out towards skin level so when it heals over there isn't still a pit. Super important.

I was only able to use it twice as I broke out with really bad acne,

But from just my two uses of it I felt like it was working really good and would definitely recommend it
