Personally I’d reccomend you use the knife in a smarter way and you purpesfully stab your liver, which spikes insulin and raises your igf1 raising you to a chadlite, make sure you let the blood flow out of your body or else there will be too much blood which will affect your igf1 production

Im blessed with wide pfl but i cant see anyone cutting their medial canthus and not being sub 70 iq
