Face is bloated and can barely see cheekbones, i blame my face being bloated on the reason for my asymmetry and how the invert filter ( how people perceive me and see me) looks so shit on me because in a mirror i think i look attractive enough but as soon as i see the way other people see me or when a photo is taken of me i look puffy and my face doesnt look slim, i just need the best advice or plans if someone could help or link a forum that could greately help me with this, thanks

different people store fat at different parts of their body
What are you even saying? Unless you’re sub15 bodyfat% you can easily tell if you’re fat or not just by looking at the stomach, if you’re fat it’ll 100% hold fat regardless and so will your face

Fat distribution varies from person to person, some store more in their face, while others carry it in their stomach or elsewhere. Even if someone isn’t visibly overweight, a calorie deficit can still help reduce overall body fat, which may lead to a slimmer face over time, you understand my point? ofc he should also try things like low sodium and cardio

i know a few people that have a flat stomach, but store a lot of fat in their legs, arms, or face

calorie deficit usually means less food, less food usually means less bloating.
No lol calorie deficit means your tdee is higher than your calorie intake and you can either eat less or do some activity so no your entire isn’t correct

no one gets into a caloric deficit by doing cardio. you'd have to do like an hour of jogging to burn just 300 calories, which is bad for your joints and spikes cortisol which isnt good, so the only real option is eating less food or eating less calorie dense foods, which, again means less strain on your digestive system which means less bloating. also a caloric deficit usually implies cutting out junk food which means less sodium which means less bloating.
