Its hard to fix harmony, you could grow your masseters to give an illusion of greater bigonial width which will improve your harmony score a bit, but focus on other aspects like dimorphism, angularity and misc.

Dimorphism - Some basics listed below

• topical/oral minox to thicken eyebrows,
• beard dye to darken eyebrows (go 1 shade darker then hair)
• Lash serum
• red vasline/ tinted lip barm

Angularity- Get leaner and debloat (need help with these lmk)
