I am currently Bonesmashing my nose bridge, zygos, jaw, and orbitals. I know that hitting yourself repeatedly can pose a threat to the skin. I just want to know how to fix this acne and know what type it is for later.

Solution
mohi_100
Acne is not usually caused by diet, its primarily genetic and hormonal. The root cause is androgen mediated sebaceous gland hyperactivity, where u are genetically more sensitive to androgens, which then increases sebum production.

Changing diet (avoiding seed oils for example) has minimal effect.

Start with 0.1% tazarotene gel and if u didn't get any results for weeks, it's time for accutane.

You can now mark this post as your solution
Acne is usually caused by diet, so fix your diet and make sure your hygiene is good as well. Also use tretinoin and if that doesn't work use Accutane. Mark as solution with that checkmark next to my message

the "results" you see of bonesmashing is just temporary inflammation, smashing a hammer against your face will NOT increase bonemass. While Wolff's Law states that bone remodels and strengthens in response to increased, controlled, functional loading (like exercise), it does not apply to traumatic, high-impact injury

So is the Wolff’s law method just to do a workout, then after the workout, apply controlled pressure against your face to stimulate the growth?

Wolff’s Law requires controlled, cyclic loading (like walking for legs or chewing for the jaw). Manual force trauma does not provide the precise, consistent, and long-term mechanical stress required to stimulate osteoblasts (bone-building cells) to grow new, healthy bone structure.

wow! Thank you! I’ll be implementing chewing hard gum into my daily habit.

Please note that bone growth will be extremely minimal, and only chew hard gum if you need to train your masseters. Also chew on both sides or you will cause asymmetry
