In my personal judgement you dont seem highly recessed so i wouldnt worry too much about that. Honestly if you get rid of acne and the mustache or whatever it is. It will make you 5x better

Fix your skin quality, lose a bit of fat % and consider rhino. Also you should get a better haircut. Give solution

if you've started to notice chin hair or ur pubic hair spread to ur thighs consider it over if u not at that stage yet i would recommend just sleeping well

at 15 u should probably be getting quality sleep for better hormones and better acne at barne minimum also conider medication for ur acne (it doent havr to be acutane) depending where u live u can get if free(i got free acne medication that is not some bullshit tiktok magic fix all acne soluton cream or some shit) also try correct tonge posture and be consistent.There is literaly no downside to this one

o shit i forgot also when i was like 9 i hadee the same shit but i also had fucked up teeth so the orthadontist gave me a retainer that fixed my teeth and helped my overbite so try get some othadont work. i got mine free cus i was a kid and kids get that free in my country. but this also kinda fucked by bone a lil i think and made on eye higher than the other and gave me a slightly uneven chin so like be careful
