I need help with weird bubbles when I smile

I get weird lines or bubbles (?) when I smile. I have it for like 3-4 years and still dont know what it is. On some days it appears more and sometimes less. Im currently on accutane because of my acne and sebaceous hyperplasia on my nose, so it might be most likely another sebaceous hyperplasia right? But I ve never seen a sebaceous hyperplasia looking like this, so this is why im asking on here to get rid of it. So my question is, what is it? And what can I do to get rid of it?

How old are you and how lean are you? It just looks like your muscle pushing your buccal fat pad - which everyone has.

I think you might be hyper fixating on it. When I look at it nothing seem out of the ordinary for me. If you inspect anybodies face that closely you should see a similar phenomenon.
 
Im 20 and round about 12-13% bf.

What do you mean by pushing and why do I never see it on other people? First I thought it would be smile lines but they look much more diff
