You look lean so it means you have basically reached your potential. Depending on age you can try wait it out and see if your facial structure changes, but otherwise nothing you can really do.

Long midface which doesnt suit you and your nose kind of fucks up facial harmony. Cant really change these without surgery. Your ears also protrude a lot but u can just grow out hair sides to make it less obvious. Just live life u should be ok
