turning 15 in a few days, ofc i’m ok with brutal comments i posted this on .org but i would like some genuine advice/rating, it sucks being ugly

i think you'll become taller in the future, and your bonemass will get better. just focus on softmaxxing for now, mainly your skin and getting a better haircut

you're too young to worry about getting surgeries, and youre not ugly

you're not ugly for 15 your face will develop sleep a lot and eat a lot of meat that's the best advice u can get.

u will change a lot until like 19 years old so just focus on ur intelligence, maybe already start a hustle like learning Godot for game development or some shi like that if u wanna do it later on u would have an advantage

and then at 19 u can maxx out softmax and u will prolly be good looking guy

tysm :)). after focusing on basic softmaxxes, do u recommend i implement stuff for bone mass/height etc. into a routine, this is my 100% base btw, just not too sure if i should do stuff like thumb pull etc bc i know my chin lacks projection

yes, once you focus on this routine consistently
you have decent ratios and coloring so it isnt over for you at all
you'll become a pretty gl dude

U look kinda like me at 15 but quite better, now I would say I am strong MTN but with some appeal my face changed a lot, i got a girlfriend and I'm giving u advice cuz I wish i was ur age again.


Here's what I would do: -drink a lot of milk (optimally raw milk for height growth and puberty but idk if u have access to that u can do ur own research)
-eat a lot of meat with fat for good hormones and eat liver
-sleep minimum 9 hours per day
-go A LOT in the sun. even if u hate it and ur a PC goblin like i was (idk how u are) it will help u develop properly and its way better than taking some vitamin D cause that doesn't even really work since ur body can't absorb it properly.
-learn mewing until it's your natural posture, then u will have amazing hyoid 24/7, might give forward growth i got some but it could be puberty too.

gym celling now will make you lose your nutrients which can be used for height and bone mass.

you should hop on accutane or some shit and fix your bloat
accutane will clear up ur skin and will thin up ur nose a bit, well not rlly thin but it'll make your nose appear less bulbous

u don't have to go to the gym
u increase testosterone by fasting
gymcels are a lost cause
