I have this thing called atopic dermatitis and this shit is just frying me, i don't know how to deal with it. No cream helps me, my skin is always ashy and my whole room is covered with dandruff, my skin is basically falling off in pieces . i also noticed losing big amounts of hair with skin falling off my scalp.People told me that you can't really do anything about it. Is there actually any solution or is it actually over. Ill go for anything to fix it
