im 16 6'1 190lbs, is there a good fitness program i can follow, i want a lean calisthenics build and I don't know any workouts that i can start at home to help me get that way.

and maybe a diet guide ;-;
 
Go to a real gym it mogs shitty bedroom workouts

if u want a lean calisthenics build just lose bodyfat, there is no build that is task specific like 'calisthenics' or 'swimmer build' you just want to be lean and skinny

calorie deficit, eat protein 0.8g / lb bodyweight and train to failure
