you are only 16 and will most likely grow more. As for me i hit another growth spurt at 20 yrs old so as long as your growth plates are open and you have proper nutrition also taking HGH will help your growth even more.

you are only 16 and will most likely grow more. As for me i hit another growth spurt at 20 yrs old so as long as your growth plates are open and you have proper nutrition also taking HGH will help your growth even more.
