why not just take 2.5mg of letrozole, if your goal is to keep plates open for longer than don't fuck with aromasin.

What's wrong with aromasin ?

Me too, one that ships to curryland

some temporary sides but open growth plates > being a cucked manlet

but both methods you'll end up a manlet, IGF-1 is literally one growth factor out of INFINITE variables. It's cope, especially if you're injecting 4ius.

what's your current stack?

wait, what is wrong with aromasin for keeping plates open for longer, I think aromasin is the most effective as it outright gets rid of the aromatase it binds to instead of inhibiting like letrozole does, lets not forget estrogen rebound and all that shit as well with letro, and aromasin increase IGF-1 and testosterone when letro and arimidex lowers it. Overall I think aromasin is just straight up the best source

aromatase rebound is a retarded point because who would be that daft to come off of letrozole without implementing Aromasin to bind up to the massive release of aromatase. And you don't understand how the endocrine system functions, letrozole would increase testosterone production due to the massive crash in estrogen, the body will release that there isn't any estrogen, so it'll cause GnRH to signal the pituitary to produce large amounts of LH, the LH will bind to the LHR on the Leydig cell membrane and begin progesterone synthesis from cholesterol, upregulating testosterone within the body, our body doesn't realize that the aromatase enzyme is missing, it only realizes that estrogen is missing, to counteract that testosterone is increased.

This article will be quite useful to you, made by erdal can alkoclar, the scientist actively looking for ways to increase height https://wip.mitpress.mit.edu/pub/erdalcanalkoclar-pro-somathropic/branch/1/

We need to elevate the levels of deiodinase D2 and D1
provide the fat burning by increasing the expression of malic enzyme
accelerate the conversion of T4 hormone to t3.
increase in the expression of igf-1 mRNA in the bone tissue
support the release of the growth hormone and the production of igf-1
support the release of the thyroid hormone.
trigger the upright growth in the bones.

I do agree there is like 100 genetic variants which probably control the expression of igf-1 in bone tissue, but like anything, with drugs it can be manipulated, the experiments done so far which just a few of the drugs we are recommending have been shown to work TO AN EXTENT. Yes right now it is probably impossible to have enough to buy all of the proteins and hormones to have 'perfect growth' conditions (BMP-7 can now be bought off, but we make do with what we have, and what we 'have' has been shown to work in ALL people with open growth plates. That's all i can end off with: http://russianstarpeptides.com/product/bmp-7-height-formula/ even tho it is out of stock right now, it wont be for much longer

Btw the noggin protein i mentioned earlier inhibits BMP's

but aromasin does increase igf-1 while letro decreases it, that much at least you can admit, if thery based assumptions is what you are going for now

Letrozole has had the best results in clinical trials regarding children with idiopathic short stature or GHD.

aromasin has never been used in clinical trials for ISS so it is not a fair comparison

ok ill edit this again letrozole can inhibit aromatisation by 1-2 percent more than aromasin, i've seen it on a clinical trial, but aromasin is the better option for heightmaxxing as it raises IGF-1 as well whereas letro lowers it

the increase in IGF-1 is irrelevant in a clinical setting, especially when children are administrated dosages of GH above 10iu per day, in which the liver would have maxxed out on its ability to synthesize insulin-like growth factors.

regardless, I don't agree with using aromatase inhibitors, they are dangerous.
