I need looksmaxxing advices, rn im a teen

Im testosteronemaxxing to grow my brow bone by doing sprints, getting sunlight for vitamin D, sleeping 8+ hours and doing HIIT if you have any other methods to boost testosterone, tell me. I also do chin tucks, hard mew for 3-5 minutes (I dont hardmew for 3-5 minutes straight i usually hardmew for around 10-20 seconds and then rest for 5-10 seconds then I continue Im not sure if this is good or not if i have to increase the amount of time i hardmew wihtout stopping plz tell me), i chew gum 3-5 times a week, I do thumpulling around 2-5 times a week but i have reduced it to around 1-3 times a week now because my palate is really expanded until my philtrum became shorter so i have reduce it and make my nose more projected by nasal pulling which is another looksmaxxing method i use.

After all this do you guys still have any recommendations for looksmaxxing? im still a teen rn

I do chintuck/hardmews for an hour or two straight. Last night when I was doing it I literally felt my mid-face project more forward.

Fortunately there were no such retarded theories like mewing and thumb pulling back in 2005-2009 when I was a teen. It was all about being lean, grooming and knowing how to dress which is 80% of looksmaxxing.

a little change after doing it for 3 weeks inconsistently only like 2 times a week to be honest, but from now on im going to be more consistent, im just afraid that im gonna displace a cartilage haha

What's your age now ? Hope not above 18
 
Sprinting is good for testosterone but it’s a little brutal to start
 
Mewing is mostly cope so don't stress it, make sure you do naturally at rest though by making it a habit (lifts your submental region via the hyoid [the skin under your jaw]), go to the gym and stay lean. Also maybe use tretinoin to achieve and/or maintain good skin quality throughout puberty.
 
Make sure to eat high protein diet. Your body needs protein to grow in height, and if you don't eat enough your missing out on gains.

Also drink lots of milk. In the U.S milk is full of HGH that they inject into cows, in Europe they banned it so this method won't work. The growth hormone leaks into the milk supply, so drink a cup of milk at every meal.

milk these days are high in estrogen because they are produced in factories, only milk from caught cows are superior
