Im testosteronemaxxing to grow my brow bone by doing sprints, getting sunlight for vitamin D, sleeping 8+ hours and doing HIIT if you have any other methods to boost testosterone, tell me. I also do chin tucks, hard mew for 3-5 minutes (I dont hardmew for 3-5 minutes straight i usually hardmew for around 10-20 seconds and then rest for 5-10 seconds then I continue Im not sure if this is good or not if i have to increase the amount of time i hardmew wihtout stopping plz tell me), i chew gum 3-5 times a week, I do thumpulling around 2-5 times a week but i have reduced it to around 1-3 times a week now because my palate is really expanded until my philtrum became shorter so i have reduce it and make my nose more projected by nasal pulling which is another looksmaxxing method i use.
After all this do you guys still have any recommendations for looksmaxxing? im still a teen rn
