I always try losing face fat but I just can't. I always end up eating food that makes me bloated. Tips?

For me, cutting out junk food entirely is difficult for the first 2 weeks. After that, the cravings stop and the thought of eating chocolate or other crap actually disgusts me, I know it'll be too sweet for my tastebuds.

its just discipline man, eventually youll start to lose the cravings for foods like that if your consistent with it. you got it bro

Cravings go away after a while I just use diet and zero drinks whenever I get them
 
chug a white monster or some black coffee and you wont have cravings

I can't get out of the two week cycle. I tried fasting but I get so sick I just crave eating food. When I try cutting out junk I get reminded of the taste whenever my classmates eat it.

Thanks dude. I try doing dojo to gain my discipline. But whenever I finish doing sport. I crave food. I'll try drinking some diet coke. To relieve my sugar cravings.

You don't need to fast, just eat normally, lots of fruit, etc.
