I simulated my face after OBO by decreasing eye spacing on an app.

I changed my mid face ratio from 1.08 to 0.99 and esr from 0.49 to 0.46
Turns out I ascended hard and even has slight pretty boy/chad vibe. The proportional and majestic feeling just comes naturally.
My life is over just because of 5mm JFL.

The app decreases my pfl slightly so Ill only look before than the simulation.
Went from child-looks to masculine look

Probably not since lengthening involves adding orbital breadth + taking orbital volume back to pre expansion with a medial orbital wall implant and it’s dangerous to do too much. Anyway, you need to be professionally evaluated to see what we can do for you. Process for this involves evaluation with 2 different doctors.

Hey, Realsurgerymax. Can you perform a subranial obo to reduce ipd? Mine is 62 or 64 but it seems like there's too much space in between my eyes. I don't know what causes it, my theory is that my eyeballs are physically small in diameter. And my ascension plan is focused on making my face slimmer so I guess I can't go without obo

He's been involved in/supervised several implant installations with Dr. Celal. However, I'm not sure if he's ever supervised a modified OBO yet, though.
