Low IQYou can do it
The best way to fix collagen is to preserve it
DONT SMOKE, DRINK OR TAKE DRUGS! Not a puff, sip or a snort
Have a healthy diet with many antioxidants and nutrients and stay moderately active
Stay well hydrated as this will support collagen synthesis
And most importantly (I cannot stress this enough)
USE SUNSCREEN AND MOISTURISE YOUR SKIN!
UV and UVB will absolutely destroy and break down your collagen. Prolonged sun exposure is absolutely terrible for skin aging
My problem is acne scars it's not just collagen i have to do many risky treatment and at best i will get 70 percent improvement. I think that's enough for me I never wanted glass skin but my skin rn is worse than jon jones and brad pitt in sevenYou can do it

I defiantly plan on getting professional treatment in the future. Right now I’m using TRETINOIN and sunscreen and praying that it improves my skin for now
I’m gonna get a derma stamp soon, so hopefully that will help
Not all the scars are the same, some are more superficial and can be treated with chemical peels and laser, but some are more deep (like below the epidermis) and require treatments like subcison
Listen man, I know it’s devastating. I sometimes get the urge to peel off my skin when I see them tooI want a bullet in my head
