Not sure about dosing, but mechanistically inhibiting FGFR3 with vosoritide should work in normal humans the way it does with dwarfs. And abalo would increase chondrocytes proliferation so you could see some pretty good growth, 3 inches seems like a stretch but theoretically possible.

I don’t believe an FGFR3 without PTH analog would do that much as your not directly pushing more proliferation rather just slowing down how long it takes for the PTH/IHH loop to stop. Therefore, it could give you a little more but without PTH it will be substantially less, I would assume.

Romo overrated, better for BMD. Bmp2 and deno idk much abt but from what little I know they seem fine.
