I need real haircut suggestions

for the past couple of years ive been going through cycles of buzzing my hair off and just growing it out and i feel like it looks pretty mid. serious replies only please. also these pics are what i consider to be “good hair days” but i normally struggle to replicate it. I also dont use any product due to my hair being pretty thick but ive barely done research so reccomendations are greatly appreciated
