I need serious help from Someone that knows about lip lift surgery

My long philtrum fucks me so bad its not even funny, I need help because if I get a 5mm reduction I Will have perfect fWHR(1.9) and a decent midface ratio, more than 0.95. right now I have 1.75 fWHR and less than 0.9midface ratio.
Is It possible that if I getthat surgery Ill look worse?
