Dear niggers, I need simple plan, without SQUAtS (im afraid of hurting my back and shiet).
I can go often like 4x a week even but I want to be in the gym like for an hour max each session.
I think PPL with ofc skipping legs whenever I can would be optimal?
or FBW is 'trendy' now?
Idk I was leanmaxxing for the longest time, but I need to hit the gym asap bc my mental health
