I have hard time breathing through my nose especially at night how do I fix this shit I want to get a marpe so my airway will get better but for now till the stupid ortho will give me one I need a short term fix or permanent fix someone knows a method.

buy one of those magnetic nose bridge expanders to help u sleep better at night

I had this problem as well when I had nasal congestion my parents bought me a nasal spray which basically relax the airways in nose making it easier to breath you could try finding one

Don't go to an ortho for MARPE go to an airway dentist. They specialise in the airway and can tell if ur breathing issues are because of your airway or your nose itself. Deviated septums and enlarged turbinates are really common and that might be the issue. However if you are larping breathing problems solely for the purpose of getting MARPE then just say u have TMJ and your tongue doesn't fit in your palate that should guarentee you MARPE.
