I basically want advice for surgery that would actually give nice, natural results and not mess up my ratios.

So I edited my face in Photoshop, and I'm very happy with the side profile, but my front profile looks like I put a Chad filter on it. How can I achieve a more natural look for the front profile? I edited only the cheek bones and i gave myself more undereye support + made the nose smaller and lowered my forehead a bit. For the side i changed the jawline, chin, nose, and maxilla.

From my understanding, I need palate expansion and teeth alignment so I can get a Le Fort 1 (my maxilla is recessed). After that, I need implants to the chin, side of the jaw, cheeks, and potentially buccal fat removal. I'm aware my face is longer than average and it's too rounded (no sharpness and definition). I'm also aware my nose is too fat and wide, but what I'm not aware of is how to fix my jaw from the front. Is my mandibular width low? Also, it feels like my jaw is too angular, like a downward triangle instead of a square.

I just wanna know if i have potential at least, because that way i would know if I have to bother myself with investing a lot of money and going trough recovery.

So you think the front profile does not look uncanny? It just seems off to me.
