I need surgery advice

I've managed to debloat over the last few months along (still not ideal level) along with getting the lower jaw surgery for my overbite ready after I finish my braces off.

But its not enough I've been depressed because of my looks the whole of 2019 its fucking over for me.

My surgery list right now is:

hair transplant for norwood 0 hairline
mse along with msdo to fix my narrow palate, either that or lefort 1

I really want to do lefort 1 in order to fix my lower maxilla (I cant see my teeth when I open my mouth slightly along with lips being thin), but I don't know how that would be plausible with the lower jaw. Ideally I should be getting lefort 1 with lower jaw right now but the bluepilled orthodontist would not agree.

and other things that I'm not sure about yet

another problem is that my phenotype is really subhuman I need stroma along with mild hair lightening desperately

You look alright but maybe blue eyes would halo you since you already have dark hair and white skin
