Interesting, are you actively doing everything in your power to reach your "needs"?

The human mind is complex, and quite peculiar if I'm being honest. Although, if everyone had full self-control there wouldn't be an elite.
Have you tried changing your ways of operation?

This is quite intriguing. Perhaps you should try again, but try in a different way.
i think in order to change you have to be forced into it

i have to destroy my comfort zone i think
stop using phone and pc so im forced to face myself

i need to give up old habits, i know i will feel empty at the beginning but i will be forced to change finally

Sounds like you are on the right path. What you are explaining sounds very promising, if I were to guess.

think about heroin addicts and their self destructive behaviour

in order for them to change they need to be forced into it, put into rehab

else the statistics show they will never change probably

Indeed, it might be painful, but as you mentioned, probably worth it.
Interesting, is a "failure" someone who hasn't reached his / hers "potential"? And would you be able to identify your full potential?

Interesting, how come you don't start now? The human mind is quite peculiar. To me it seems like you know the exact steps you need to go through to transform your life, yet you postpone.

can u relate to that feeling
Yes, I think I understand what you mean. We as humans have two departments of conscious reasoning, rationality and impulse / instinct.
As the world has evolved rapidly, most peoples consciousness hasn't developed enough to eradicate the instinctive reptile-like part of our mind.

What helped me to minimize the influence that my instinctive part had over my actions was by simply deciding to not postpone. Procrastination might not seem as much, but it was the biggest antagonist inside of my mind, and once I got rid of it, I (almost) reached full self-control.

You have the power to change forever and never look back, right this second. Don't let another second of misery pass once you've read this. Don't even like or reply, just turn off your computer and stare into a wall for 5 hours.
