im too old to get laid and there arent any women outside to be attracted to.

i have way too high sex drive but contrary to poplar belief, instead of being attracted to everything, the higher my sex drive gets the more attracted i am to the women i am already attracted to.

but its completely pointless since these women DONT EXIST. the women i see outside are mostly short asexualic looking ltbs with non existant personalities.

What I’m saying is that when my sex drive increases, I don’t find a higher number of women attractive, my preferences remain the same. What happens is that I get even more attracted to the girls I was when my sex drive was low.

I jerk off 1-2 times per day ever since I got back into lifting, but before getting into lifting, it was more like 4-5 times per day, otherwise I'd be horny all the time.

But the one thing that reduced my sex drive the most was stress. If you work a very stressful job and you work full time, or worse, study full time and work full time at the same time, then you'll be so stress and possibly sleep deprived so your testosterone levels will be lower and you'll have no libido.

With exercise, my testosterone levels are peaked but there is a focus on muscle growth, so my mind doesn't have the time to think about sex stuff all the time.
