I am lactose intolerant and allergic to milk protein, but a while ago, I started drinking raw cow’s milk in an attempt to strengthen my bones. However, I ended up developing acne that still hasn’t gone away. I stopped drinking it about a month and a half ago, but the acne persists, and I continue to get extra breakouts. My skin has improved since I stopped, but the pimples keep getting inflamed and appearing more and more.
I would like some tips to help me heal for good (I don’t want to take non-natural medications like Accutane or similar) and to heal my stomach once and for all.
(At 17-18, I’m getting more acne than I’ve ever had in my life.)
