This shit is ruining my life. I go to bed late, wake up groggy and depressed, then end up fapping first thing in the morning just to get some dopamine. And after that, my day is already fucked before it even starts. It’s the same cycle every single day, and I can’t do shit because of it.

Tonight, I’m forcing myself to be in bed by 11, no matter what. Even if I don’t feel like it. If I don’t fix this now, I’ll never make it.

My secret trick is to buy a alarm clock and preworkout and put it far from your bed so when you have to turn off your alarm clock the preworkout is already there so you just dry scoop it and then u can't even go back to sleep even if you tried
